With the Big U-Shot Monopod you can be in the picture too! The 1/4" universal screw will fit into any digital camera or helmet cam with a normal tripod screw on the underneath, you can then rotate the head of the monopod to film in the desired angle.
This is great for taking self-portrait shots while traveling with your cameras self-timer mode.
This extends out to 96cm (22cm when packed away).
Tip: To use with a GoPro you'll need a GoPro Tripod Adapter for R80 (see related products below)
